volunteers at farmers marketsWe are excited to announce the return of the Fishers Farmers’ Market to the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater! Beginning Saturday, May 23, we will be back at the AMP with our vendors every week for safe shopping!

We are currently seeking volunteers and Market Muscle groups to help with the Market. Please know your health and safety are our primary concern. In addition to social distancing, volunteers will be provided with and required to wear face masks and gloves.

Here are things you should know before you volunteer:

  • We will be practicing and encouraging social distancing.
  • Booths will be spaced further apart around the AMP, shoppers will be spaced when waiting in lines, and overall capacity will be limited.
  • We ask that shoppers wear a mask while visiting the market.
  • Reusable bags will not be used. Vendors will bag items as they are sold.
  • Shoppers should not touch for-sale items unless they are purchasing those items.

Special Shopping Hours
We’re designating the time from 8 - 8:30 a.m. for those who are 65+, high-risk, or immunocompromised. If you are in any of these categories, please join us during this time. All are welcome between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - noon. Learn more about the market.
