The City of Fishers and Fishers Health Department will host the annual Hope for Happiness event at the Fishers Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to noon at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater in partnership with Fishers High School and Hamilton Southeastern High School Bring Change to Mind clubs. Stop by the free, family friendly event to help raise awareness about mental health and the city’s Stigma Free initiative, participate in mental health activities, find resources from local mental healthcare providers, and more. This weekly Wednesday night market is the perfect spark to your mid-week restock.

NEW THIS YEAR: We're offering handcrafted items by local makers in the north-Indy and Fishers area. Shop local and support nearby entrepreneurs by gifting and purchasing from handmade vendors as well as our farm fresh produce, florals, and more!

Did you know that 40 percent of produce is turned away from grocery stores because it’s not “pretty” enough? Join us in celebrating “imperfect” produce at the Fishers Farmers Market! The community and vendors are invited to bring their best “imperfect” produce. The top three entries will receive a trophy, so be sure to bring your ugly carrots, failed lemons, or disfigured eggplants to this fun competition!

This week’s farmers market is being moved just south of the NPD AMP and City Hall construction site as we prepare and set up for the Spark!Fishers Street Fair! All vendors for this day’s market will be located on and around the Central Green, adjacent to Liberty Plaza in the Municipal Complex downtown.

Calling all doggos! Dress up your pup to strut their stuff around the Fishers Farmers Market at Saxony! Check your dog in at the Fishers Parks tent by 5:30 p.m. Dogs will be paraded with their owner around the market at 6 p.m. Dogs will win trophies for “Best Dog and Owner Costume”, “Most Regal Costume,” and “Funniest Costume.” Please keep in mind the following:

  • All dogs must be leashed and up-to-date on vaccinations
  • No dogs under 3 months old
  • Costumes must be in good taste for a family-friendly event (we reserve the right to refuse participation in the parade if we feel the costume will be disruptive or is inappropriate)
  • Dogs must be in a leash
  • Dogs should be friendly and well-behaved in crowds

As market vendors for the day and participants in this annual festival, kids may sell products that are handmade, hand-grown, hand-crafted, or hand-produced.
