Farm Hands Kids' Program

Bring the kids by the Farm Hands tent every Saturday from June through August for some farmers market fun! The Farm Hands kids’ program gives kids ages 2 to 12 the opportunity to engage in the local food system through educational games, crafts, demonstrations, and exposure to new fruits and vegetables.

The Farm Hands tent is located next to the blue Parks and Recreation tent in the middle of the market.

Two-Bite Challenge

Try a New Food with the Two-Bite Challenge on the First Saturday of June, July, and August! On June 1, July 6, and August 3 kids can participate in the Two-Bite Challenge at the Farm Hands Tent.

By taking two bites of the featured fruit or vegetable, kids will earn $2 in Market Bucks spend on the foods of their choice at the market.
