Jade Green Beans

Jade Green Beans are slender, deep green pods are exceptionally tender and delicious. Large, upright plants keep beans clean and straight.

Blue Lake Green Beans

Chioggia Guardsmark Beets

Chioggia Beets are a striking Italian heirloom variety with light-red, smooth round roots and bright pink and white alternating rings inside. These sweet beets (pronounced kee-OH-jee-ah) are about 5cm (2") in diameter with mild green leaves and pale red stems.

Solo Beets

Solo Beet is a hybrid, monogerm variety with dark red, uniformly round roots. Beets are naturally a multigerm seed variety. This means that each seed contains embryos for multiple (usually 2-3) plants.

Millennium Broccoli

Millennium is a highly adaptable, crown cut type yielding high-domed heads with very small beads and exceptionally uniform head maturity. It has a round shape, good heat tolerance and less side shoots.

Jade Cross Regular Brussel Sprouts

The plants are more compact than other varieties, which makes them less subject to wind damage. Its early maturity allows for later planting when cooler growing conditions are more favorable. 

Enterprise Carrots

A carrot with long, smooth, dark orange roots with a small core. Resists cracking. Strong top with good leaf blight tolerance.

Hansel Egg Plant

Hansel was bred by an eggplant lover. Young Hansel eggplants have very few seeds and is tender and non-bitter.

Gizmo Gourds

Gizmo produces its fruit on bush type plants that take up much less room in the garden. The winged, hard-shelled gourds, 3 to 5 inches tall and 6 to 8 inches wide come in a variety of colors and combinations including dark green, orange, yellow, light green, and white.

Goblin Eggs Gourds

Celebration Winter Squash

Ultra-Winter Squash

This hybrid is for processing, dehydrating or freezing. The fruit are variable in shape, often curved. The flesh is fine and sweet, dark orange in color. The skin is buff like butternut.

Spaghetti Winter Squash

Also called gold string melon, spaghetti squash is unique among winter squashes; when cooked, the flesh falls away from the shell in strands like spaghetti, and retains a tender, yet al dente, texture. Savory flavor that is delicious, and low calorie, with a simple bit of butter and salt.

Carolina Gold Tomatoes

The Carolina Gold tomato features a unique golden-yellow colored fruit that is low in acid and uniform ripening. This variety is adaptable, and its strong plant produces mostly extra-large and large fruit throughout the season.

Cherry Tomatoes

The cherry tomato is a type of small round tomato believed to be an intermediate genetic admixture between wild currant-type tomatoes and domesticated garden tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes range in size from a thumbtip up to the size of a golf ball, and can range from spherical to slightly oblong in shape.

Beefsteak Tomatoes

Beefsteak tomatoes, aptly named for their large size and meaty texture, have a classic tomato flavor, however, depending upon the variety, they can also be sweet to the taste. They are heavy, reaching weights as high as four pounds, and they range in color from pink, to vibrant red, to orange.

Dixie Red Tomatoes

The Dixie Red Tomato is a delicious hybrid that consistently produces high yields of vibrant red tomatoes with excellent disease resistance. This tomato plant variety produces large, firm, deep oblate-shaped fruits that are great for both market and home gardens.

Parsley

Parsley is a hardy, biennial that is grown and treated like an annual. It is the most widely grown herb for both garnish and flavoring. There are two distinct types of parsley: moss-curled and flat-leaf. Moss-curled forms a rosette of leaves that are finely cut and tightly curled. 

Cilantro

Cilantro is the leaf of the young coriander plant, Coriandrum sativum, an herb in the parsley family, similar to anise. Cilantro is grown in California. Cilantro's taste is a fragrant mix of parsley and citrus.

Basil

Basil is an annual herb of the mint family (Lamiaceae), grown for its aromatic leaves. Basil is likely native to India and is widely grown as a kitchen herb.

Rosemary

Rosemary is a perennial evergreen shrub in warmer growing zones (zone 8 and above). Plants can grow to 4-6 feet tall with some varieties having a trailing or cascading habit. Foliage is dark green and needle-like much like a spruce or fir. A white band on the underside gives it a gray coloration. 

Dill

Dill is a tall herb with fine, feathery foliage. Foliage color can range from dark green to a blue-green. In mid-summer, dill will produce large, flat topped yellow flower clusters with seeds that can be harvested for culinary use.

Mint

Mints are aromatic, almost exclusively perennial herbs. They have wide-spreading underground and overground stolons and erect, square, branched stems. The leaves are arranged in opposite pairs, from oblong to lanceolate, often downy, and with a serrated margin.

Giant Stripes Sunflowers

Giant Striped Sunflower has a giant yellow flower head, up to 2 feet across on a single, tall stalk, up to 12 feet. The large seeds have the characteristic grey stripes. A great choice for producing large seeds and decorative heads.

Field Corn

Field corn has starchy kernels that are used especially as livestock feed or processed into food products (such as cornmeal, corn oil, and corn syrup) or ethanol.

Wildflowers

A wildflower is a flower that grows in the wild, meaning it was not intentionally seeded or planted. The term can refer to the flowering plant as a whole, even when not in bloom, and not just the flower.

Carbonado Gold Pumpkins

Dynamic new Rupp pumpkin variety with extremely uniform shape and strong handle. Similar in weight to Bayhorse Gold, with a more rounded shape.

Skidoo Gold Pumpkins

Goose Bumps Pumpkins

Deep orange pumpkins are round to globe-shaped, about 8 to 12 pounds each with an 8 to 10 inch diameter. 

Batwing Mix Pumpkins

Novelty bicolor mini pumpkins. A spooky little Halloween ornamental. Three inch rounded fruits weighing about 1/4 pound each are a unique orange and dark green color when harvested early, becoming fully orange at maturity.

Blue Doll Pumpkins

Blue Doll pumpkin has an exotic blue color to its blocky, deeply ribbed fruit. Large vines produce excellent yields of 15-20 lb. fruit that have a blue colored rind and sweet, deep orange flesh. Blue Doll's flesh is good for pies, soups or canning.

Casperita Pumpkins

Casperita is a larger mini white pumpkin that also makes a great personal size winter squash. The white fruit have a classic pumpkin shape with deep ribs and a strong, green handle. This attractive pumpkin also has sweet, white flesh that eats similar to Acorn squash.
