You may have a food truck at your event. The food truck must obtain a food truck permit with the City of Fishers Community Development Department. The only time a food truck would not require a permit is in the event of the food truck being use for catering purposes. This permit is issued through the State of Indiana Department of Homeland Security. Visit the State of Indiana Department of Homeland Security Website for more information.
